instruction for your successful abstract submission. Therefore, please check the guideline carefully

ABSTRACT CATEGORY
Please find the abstract categories below. Every author must select an abstract category to review.
Submitting authors are required to include the assigned section headers in their abstract.
* Abstract Section Headers: Background/Objectives, Subjects/Methods, Results, Conclusion
One or two images (table or graphic) are allowed per submission.
Please carefully enter the information about the submitting author and co-authors.
YIA (Young Investigator Award) Qualification
Applicants under age 40 are eligible to win the KHRS 2019 Young Investigator Award.
Applicants wishing to apply for the YIA must indicate their interest on the “APPLY FOR AWARD” section of the site.
The winner must attend the General Assembly of KHRS 2019.
ABSTRACT MODIFICATION OR WITHDRAWAL
Abstract can be modified online via abstract submitting site before the deadline.
Presenting authors must make a request in writing to withdraw an abstract and send it to the KHRS 2019 Secretariat by e-mail (khrs-scientific@intercom.co.kr).
Submitting an abstract implies the following agreement of authors:
- Including an abstract in the KHRS 2019 abstract book that will be published.
- Modifying by the KHRS 2019 Scientific Program Committee to improve an abstract.
(i.e., typos, grammatical errors)
ACCEPTANCE NOTIFICATION
Abstract acceptance will be notified via submitting authors’ e-mail.
The decision of the Scientific Program Committee on abstract acceptance is final; however,
authors’ preference for oral or poster presentation will be considered, and the committee may
offer an alternative format.
No correspondence on their decision can be initiated by the authors. Corresponding authors
should reply to the notification of acceptance of their abstract for attendance confirmation.

Non-Korean
- Non-Koreans from abroad: Waived Registration Fee, Travel Grant $500, 2 night’s accommodation
- Non-Koreans living in Korea: Waived Registration Fee, Traveling Expenses by KHRS regulation,
1 night accommodation (except Seoul & Gyeonggi-do).
Korean: Registration Fee reimbursement

The Scientific Program Committee of KHRS 2019 will select 2 outstanding abstracts for this award.
- Abstract Winner: $500 (1 winner)
- Clinical Case Winner: $300 (1 winner)
